I have a similar problem to nonosafart. I also have been successful in installing the plugin and activating the settings. However, when I launch the url wavein:soundflower the squeezebox screen simply shows the message 'stopped', and it appears that it doesn't have a stream to play.
I have used soundflower successfuly with other applications without problem so I am sure that there is an issue with the way that I have installed or set up the plugin itself.
