Pandora thumbs buttons work for me, just tried it, it does get reported to my Pandora account. Did you use the buttons or the context menu items? Does it work if you use the feature on the Squeezebox directly?
I would love to fix the Rhapsody playlists but I can't. It something Logitech has to change and I don't have high hopes since the bug I filed about it is two years old and hasn't seen any activity in along time.
