I've found the BBC streams to be a bit less reliable over the past couple of months - especially R3 HD. Some of the time I thought it might be an ISP issue - Virgin Media's 50Mbps cable service sometimes gives me 1% of the advertised speed - but I suspect it's more of a BBC issue, since Spotify has been working without any problems.
