Yes definitely and Logitech obviously don't want to let them in, else

To sum it up, it allows the users to upload content. 

Grooveshark itself is probably not illegal but I believe there are
content available through Grooveshark which have been uploaded by users
but haven't been approved by the music industry. Kind of similar to
YouTube, it's probably not illegal by itself but you can find more or
less any music you like on it without paying anything and I'm pretty
sure the music industry doesn't consider that to comply with their
license agreements.
