Try changing the Custom Browse menu configuration so you write
"COMPOSERSORT" instead of "Composersort" in the sorting tag name.
If this doesn't help, install Database Query plugin and run the "Custom
Scan Statistics" query and post the result, it should list exactly which
tags are stored in the Custom Scan database tables.
