The first post looks like a lot of internal errors within the spotify library - these suggest it can't contact the spotify servers. I doubt this is something wrong with your setup and is just congestion on that spotify server.
Can you stream Flac files ok from your server to your player without the server bitrate setting (i.e. does your home network allow you to do this?) If so then the problem is most likely to be the spotify server - try restarting squeezebox server a couple of times - does it improve?
