1. If you select 'Remove from list' the server will be removed but re-added automatically once it is discovered again. If you select 'Ignore server' it will be completely ignored, ie. never re-added. But you are right, I should probably auto-remove a server after X unsuccessful connection attempts. 2. The next version will at least save the last state (hidden/visible) and restore it after a restart. 3. Just use the Home button instead of the Back button in this case. It will stop the background service (after 10 seconds) but it will not destroy the activity until resources are needed.
