I couldn't find a way to do it in Custom Browse in 7.6 and later
releases due to API changes, so I'll use a bit different solution in
7.6 and later.
There is now a new "Hide Menus" plugin available (7.6+ only) which
makes it possible to hide the standard My Music menus. So you need to
install that to hide standard menus and then just use the "Custom
Browse Settings/Enabled menus" settings section to enable the Custom
Browse versions to be shown directly in the Home menu.
