Thanks for your thoughts Erland. All my SB3's are wireless so I guess they could be losing connection, though my Kitchen one (the one I use most) is in the same room as the access point and generally shows a wireless strength of at least 90%.
When I switched on the SB tonight it was behaving itself. I've just changed & saved the settings in TitleSwitcher a few times but I can't persuade it to break....
