Maybe it's already installed ? In that case you will see its menu on
the Touch under "Settings/Screen/Screensavers/Custom Clock Settings"
If it's not installed, it should appear in "Settings/Advanced/Applet
Installer" on your Touch and be possible to install. Make sure the
"Recommended Applets Only" checkbox inside "Settings/Advanced/Applet
Installer" on your Touch isn't checked, if that's checked it explains
why you don't see it.
If it still doesn't show up I'm interested to know which your Touch
shows in "Settings/Advanced/About"
