I have had numerous occasions to pull my hair out trying to get the plug-in to work after long periods of successful play. Thisnincludes the rest to track start, stop and start play, and other issues. Generally, the helper app seems to have stopped for unknown reasons, or lately. After thinking I had a foolproof system for avoiding failure, I just had to spend a couple of hours downloading and reloading Triode Spotify, downloading the microsft c++ app, restarting and finally ... Bingo, success amd all works again.. What is problematic isnthat I am not exactly sure what I did that made the difference nor am I sure that the next time I start up, it will not fail again. Like I said, when working it is fabulous. But like much on the Duet, much fiddling is required and much patience is demanded. Plug and play it is not- at least not for me.. On the other hand I have too much invested to even think about Sonus...perish the thought!
