Hello all, I've just made the switch from Android to WP, got the Nokia Lumia 800. There seems to be only two WP apps, Squeezebox Control, and SqueezeRemote. I can't get either one set up. I would like a simple to understand walk-through, if possible. For example, it asks for "name". Name of server? And server address? Is it the port, or the IP? And how do I find the port and IP? Basically, I'm completely lost! Thanks in advance for any clues,
