Install and uninstall plugin is no irrelevant as that just copies Softsqueeze.jar onto the PC that is running SBS - not the PC with XP, not the PC with Vista nor the PC with Win 7. Since your problem is only with the PC with Win7 - so the problem is your Java installation on the PC with Win7.
