I just managed to reproduce this in my own environment, the issue seems
to be related to that you just before switching players have selected
to play a dynamic playlist through the web interface. Not sure it has
to be the last operation but if it's the last Dynamic Playlist related
operation you can currently get into problem.
The issue is probably that the web browser does a refresh of all parts
of the page and the last command in the Dynamic Playlist page was to
play a dynamic playlist so it executes this again when it refreshes the
page.
I'll try to see if there is something I can do about it in the plugin.
