I've attached a zip file with a screen shot of the GUI and the associated cb.values.xml as you requested.
I did find that I could fix the Classical Menu problem I had with the genres. I was using the default Genres menu that was generated by selecting that option in the Multi Library Setup. By generating my own Genre menu, the menu worked (i.e. it is only showing the Genres associated with my Classical Music Library). Unfortunately, the example I sent was a menu I developed myself, and I thought was fairly basic. I did not try to go into the SQL.
