I don't use the web UI of Inguz, but this problem happened to me too. I debugged and this is my diagnose: it is the new version of Silverlight (version 4) which is not quite compatible with the one (version 3) Hugh developed the UI. Tried this: uninstalled current versin of Silverlight and installed old Silverligh 3. The web UI is back without error.
