Based on the log, I think the "auto_rescan" parameter is set to 1 in
server.prefs. So even if they have removed it from the user interface
it might still be active in the configuration and if this is the case
Custom Scan won't trigger a rescan automatically. You can try to
shutdown SBS/LMS, edit server.prefs in a text editor and change
"auto_rescan" parameter to 0 or remove it from the file and then start
SBS/LMS again and re-run the test.
