have you setup the Logitech Media Server (or SqueezeboxServer) on the
NAS to point it to your music files located on the NAS, and then done a
"clear and rescan"?  To get to LMS/SbS on the NAS, enter in your
browser:

http://192.168.1.18:9000/

except replace "192.168.1.18" with the IP address of your readynas
duo.
then go to SETTINGS (lower right side of screen), then music library
tab and make sure you've pointed to the NAS share containing your music
files.
