System and player info and what plugins/applets you may have installed would help.
The BBC iPlayer plugin will allow you to play all the BBC radio programs in the iPlayer service. Users outside the UK get a lower quality service but still can player all the programs. The plugin needs a LMS /SBS server. If you have a Touch or Radio then similar functionality is provided by the BBC iPlayer Applet installed via the Touch/radio applet installer.
