I am running Windows XP, Windows firewall disabled, and ZoneAlarm (free version) - however, as I mentioned, I turned ZoneAlarm off when I ran the test that generated this log - thanks for posting the link, however it is for Win7 systems running Windows firewall. Could you pls let me know: 1. What is the file name for the helper app? - so I can search for it on my system 2.
