MBL was throwing off repeated "network down" and "intermittent network access" errors. I think I fixed this problem. Here is how I did it:
1. Enable SSH on the MBL: http://mybooklive/ui/ssh 2. Login to the MBL via Putty to do a factory restore. Move any and all data stored on the drive to the public share and run the following command which will perform a factory restore without deleting data: /usr/local/sbin/factoryRestore.sh noreformat 3.
