Yep. All of them. Even SSL. Even if you use the built-in SSL code in the
iOS.
But it looks like the process has become a bit more simple since I last
checked:

No idea whether this also applies to SSH.

Bureaucracy can be sooo non-sensical.

Disclaimer: Developing a UI for SSH is probably a PIA so I'm still not
sure I'm going to do that even in case it was easy from a legal
standpoint....
