Hi Greg, I downloaded the plugin and copied it to my /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/Plugins/ directory on my vortexbox. After restarting squeezeboxserver, both HI/LO on the Boom and the rounded Wunderground temperature is working! At first I was a bit confused if I had the new version installed since it has version 5.9.9 in the install.xml file.
