Can you prove that the problem isn't on your broadband or at your ISP
or at the BBC/ClassicFM/other (whevever the feed originates)? If the
data stops arriving at your house, there is nothing Logitech can do
about it.

I never get rebuffering when playing FLACs from my local server, it's
only Internet stations that do this. I see that as a clear indication
that the problem is outside my house and therefore clearly outside of
Logitech's domain.
