Thanks. There are two directories at the top of the list (I just couldn't catch them in the same pic due to screen res when accessing remotely).
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, with/without admin priv, changed directory, searched regedit for any clues, opened ports in AVG, set squeezeplay.exe as allowed.....have run out of ideas.
