I can confirm, however, that SrvrPowerCtrl continues to work perfectly
with iPeng and SqueezePad. The only difference I see between the
behavior on iPeng/SqueezePad and, say the SBController or SBTouch is
that iPeng/SqueezePad don't offer any feedback that a SrvrPowerCtrl
action is taking place. I.e., when you press the SrvrPowerCtrl menu
item you need to just take it on faith that the action is happening.
Also remember that, by default, there is a 15 second delay after the
menu press before the SrvrPowerCtrl action is carried out. This
(configurable) delay allows you to cancel the impending action. With
SqueezePlay devices (SBController/SBTouch), SrvrPowerCtrl issues
pop-ups that give you feedback. For whatever reason, neither iPeng or
SqeezePad have ever responded to jive popupInfo messages from the
server. As far as I know, that's just a limitation of those two
programs, not of SrvrPowerCtrl.
