I felt brave and placed the entire /var/lib/squeezeboxserver in RAM:
Code:
--------------------
none on /var/lib/squeezeboxserver type tmpfs
(rw,relatime,size=819200k,mode=755)
--------------------
and after populating the dir with its original data and starting up
LMS, it sure enough shrank the usage of this mount to 10% (from an
initial 80).
Is there a way to persuade your magnificent spotify plugin to use a
certain amount of cache rather than the default 10% of free space?
Perhaps it could be a feature request? :)
