Can you access the "Refresh" link at the bottom of the Custom Browse
menu page ? If so try to push it and see if that helps, seems like the
menu cache has gotten corrupt somehow.

If it doesn't help or work to click the "Refresh" link, try to shutdown
LMS and then remove all PluginCache-*.db files in the LMS Cache
directory, and startup LMS after that and see if it works better.
