This error message means that LMS has dtermined that your player cannot
play the audio format of the requested item. Players have a number of
format s which they can play natoively (e.g. MP3, Flac, WMA) and any
other format would have to be transcoded using support application
running on LMS. The abover error message means the player cannot play
the requested audio format AND LMS does not have the necessary
transcoding applications.

That said, this is unusual since the NPR plugin makes specific effort
to pick WMA streams which are natively supported by all recent hadware
players.

So the problem could be
1. Your player does not support WMA - is it a softplayer such as
Squeezeplay or and older player such as SB1 ?
2. The LMS "File Types" settings have been changed and so disabling
player native WMA support. Did you change "file types" setting ?
3. You have found a non WMA program (e.g. M4A podcast which are
generally not support by LMS ) - what is the program you are trying to
play ?
