If you asked for a trial license you should have had an auto-response email from Charles Parker with your details on it. Forward that email to Charles at [email protected] detailing previous payments. I recall that he asked for those details so he can follow up license applications. If you don't have the auto-response email, forward your previous payment details anyway. Charles may still be able to follow up.
