I may be missing something here in your questiion, but you do understand that the last.fm audioscrobbler plugin in LMS > Settings > Plugins will scrobble all your playing, including all the songs from your own harddrive (assuming you have a free last.fm account you can point it to). It is not limited to just last.fm or spotify. I scrobble all the music I play and then can see it on my last.fm page or the RSS feed from my last.fm account.
