OK, we looked into it. Short version: it's the file. Long version: the file does have it's meta information at the end. This means you can't stream it, you would have to download it to play. It will not play on Radio or Touch either which play AAC natively. This is a known issue with AAC and SBs, some online services like 8tracks suffer from it as well. You can play it on older SBs, ironically that's because they don't understand AAC. Since they don't understand AAC, the file needs to be transcoded for these SBs and the server has access to the whole file.... There are tools to convert the file to something that works, like http://code.google.com/p/mp4v2/ or afconvert.
