I have the free version of Slacker, and until recently, I was actually pleased with its performance on my radio. However, and I think it was around the time of the last update, now it will play 2 or 3 songs, and quit. Sometimes it quits in the middle of a song. Thank god I am not a paid subscriber or i would be furious....
My typical slacker listening session now goes something like: 1) Hit the preset button for my slacker station 2) Don't like the first song so skip it 3) Don't like the second song so skip it 4) Like the 3rd song, so listen to it, only it quits halfway through. 5) Hit the same preset button precisely 3 times 6) Slacker starts again, but now is on to a new song, which I don't like, so hit skip 7) Slacker notifies me that my skip limit has been exceeded, so song keeps playing. 8) Song finishes and another song starts, and...quits halfway through. 9) Furiously mash preset button mentioned in steps 1 & 5 10) Get message on screen that my slacker account has been suspended due to suspected abuse. 11) Log in with a PC to reset account 12) Go back to step 1 and do it all over, and over, and over.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gibbs's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43117 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=94086 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
