Sounds as if your account didn't transfer properly, both because of the timing and the reference to "free plays" (Rhapsody does/did have a 25-play free account option that plays only on PCs, not devices such as SBs). I'd suggest phoning Rhapsody and confirming the status of your account. Good luck -- Rhapsody US customer service was a real pain when my account got messed up shortly after the transition from Napster.
