I wonder if it would make sense to write the retrieved file to the cache
directory or even to the log to make it easier for other people to help
debugging issues like this.
For what it's worth I get "Unable to parse weather.com data." also in my
own setup at the moment, with same numbers within the parenteses, so I'm
guessing I see the same problem as you do.
However, I don't have the time to look into it myself at the moment.
