Hi Pippin, I'm not sure what you've updated as nothing in the release notes indicated playback had been updated but all is now well with gapless playback on my iPad with FLAC. There is still a tiny gap when playing an MP3 from a cue sheet but as 99% of my library is FLAC it's not a problem really.
