No sir, I'm not going to re-write everything I've posted here just so you don't have to go back a page and see what I've been complaining about. I have done everything you have asked me to and it just does not work. I'm the guy with the Aretha Franklin issue. I am a lifetime subscriber and you need to resolve my issue or refund my money.
