Apologies if this has been answered before (I bet it has, but I just haven't been able to find it - this thread is long!)
Can anybody point me to some instructions to get AAC working? I notice that whatever I play (Listen Live or Listen Again), it always fails to play the AAC version (no error message) and falls back on WMA. I have the priorities set in the plugin settings so I don't think it's that. I've seen mention of installing transcoders such as FAAD2 and LAME, but don't understand how to then configure this at the squeezebox server end. For what it's worth, I'm running the latest Logitech Media Server, and the latest Triode plugin, all on an Ubuntu box.
