The log is only written if you select Start > All Programs > muso > Run in debug mode, it will still be useful to have it if you could try to generate it - you don't have to wait until you run out of memory, just wait 10-20s after trying to initiate the Options window then kill it. To run in administrator mode right click on the icon for Run in debug mode and choose Properties, Compatibility tab, tick the "Run this Program as an Administrator" checkbox.
