IMHO it is only a matter of time before MySqueezebox.com is turned off. Logitech Squeezebox hardware is no longer available retail in the UK (on-line sellers only, and fewer and fewer of them too) and it seems the same is happening across Europe and the US too. I reckon about two years at most.
If I am right, and I dearly hope I am wrong, will Triode's BBC iPlayer and Spotify plug-ins work without MySqueezebox? These are the only two on-line systems I use extensively and I could live without MSB provided I could set up and use LMS somewhere on my system. Hopefully, if MSB does disappear the community will come up with other plug-ins to support various radio stations.
