The plugin runs within the server, it's part of the server so to say. So to use it (has nothing to do with iPeng, this is to use it at all) you have to install it in the server and also your server has to be the "Music Source" for your Touch. The Touch can always only have one "Music Source" at a time, this can be the server, the "TinyServer" within the Touch (if you add a USB drive) or MySqueezebox.com (if all your other servers are off).
iPeng will have to be connected to the same Music Source, but it usually does this automatically.
