You can find the logging settings in the web-UI settings ,there is also a setting for LMS to remember log settings between reboots. There is a lot of log settings ,but there should be one with "scrobbler" something in it's name . What goes on gets written to the server.log file ,you can look at this file from the web-UI too either from the info page in settings or from the log settings page .
