All 3 external drives (2 hard drives, one CD-ROM) are connected via USB 2. FWIW, the only external drive that cdda2wav can "see" is an SATA HD for which I bought a USB enclosure. The other two drives were built and marketed as external drives; I don't know if that changes anything about what sorts of interfaces they might use internally in a way that could affect cdda2wav. All external drives are plugged in at all times and, specifically, were plugged in the last time I booted the computer. All three external drives are seen by and work "normally" in Windows. I'll dig into the permissions angle when I get a chance. Thanks for taking the time to respond. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ azinck3's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3967 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
