I just did this and it didn't work.  It behaves like everything went
well, doesn't give me any errors but when I look at the file in MP3Tag,
I do not see the RATING tag.  Though the files do look like they were
modified, since their modified dates have been updated.  Would it be
possible to preserve the file dates, by the way?  Also, is there some
sort of log file I can look at to see what the problem might be (the
logs in C:\Users\Public\Music\muso didn't help)?
