I think I see the problem. In the database you have paths stored with
the M:\ drive, possibly because you first created the muso database by
scanning your laptop LMS. But now scanning the NAS LMS it's returning
paths with the NAS's reference, i.e. \volume1\Media\Music\(etc). It's
throwing these away as duplicates, whereas it should possibly recognise
they are one and the same file and continue processing (because it has
the mapping equivalence):

1: .
791467|file:///volume1/Media/Music/ZZ%20Top%20-%20Greatest%20Hits/18%20-%20Legs.flac|Legs|271.8|1332720050|8|Greatest
Hits|1992|Rock/Pop|ZZ Top||18|1|0|||||0|0|
1: . . AddUpdateTrack \volume1\Media\Music\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits\18 -
Legs.flac|ZZ Top - Greatest Hits|18 - Legs.flac
1: . . in DB
1: . . Duplicate file #10953 ?
1: . . . In Db:     M:\Music\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits\18 - Legs.flac
1: . . . In Source: \volume1\Media\Music\ZZ Top - Greatest Hits\18 -
Legs.flac

The easiest thing is for you to clear your muso database (Tools/Clear
Database) and re-import from the NAS LMS to start again with just one
path reference mechanism.
