I think muso uses albumartist in a pretty standard way. i.e. if you whole album has albumartist "Damageplan" but some tracks have artist "Damageplan feat. Zakk Wylde" it will treat it as one album by "Damageplan" (and mark the tracks with the different artist in the album view). But muso also uses a "Collation Type" where you can define that the file location takes precedence, ie. groups tracks with the same album name in the same folder (or parent folder) as a single album, regardless of what is in the artist or albumartist tags - though these still drive who the album is attributed to (the "titled" artist). See the Help/Help page for a description of this collation.
As you may have guessed muso does it's own album collation, it does not use LMS's album collation (LMS is just one possible source of muso's database). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jezbo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9888 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91575 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
