Ahhh. This is an excellent question! Sorry I missed your edit earlier in the thread. I am running Java 6, but not for any reason other than I was not able to get Softsqueeze to run on Java 7. Softsqueeze would not start up and I had seen a few posts recommending downgrading from openjdk 7 to sun java 6 as a solution; so that is what I did. It was somewhat of a pain to install java 6 on ubuntu 12.04; so if anyone can confirm that softsqueeze will run on java 7, I would be more than happy to go back! I'll see if I can find the posts that I am referrning to. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jshoor's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=40739 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96964 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
