Hmm.. maybe I'm misunderstanding other players - it looks like I have to go to the menu items, and then select "Adjust volume of other player", and it presents an interface to do that. What I want is to just hit Up Volume on the remote, and the volume goes up on the Squeezeslave, but not the SB3. It didn't look like that was possible with Other Players (I'll play with it again to double check). It looks like Other Players has a limited set of about 5 tasks it does via the plugin's menu, which could likely be extended if I dove into it. I wager I could hack the Other Player's code so that it gets in a state that just listens for IR codes and passes them to the Squeezeslave via the server (I'm greatly oversimplifying, of course). Just don't have the free brainpower to do it at the moment, sadly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ plympton's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12955 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96975 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
