Aren't you able to browse them through the TrackStat browse menus ?
If that doesn't work, you can try to create a "Free form" query in
Database Query plugin with the following SQL:

select tracks.url from tracks,track_statistics where
tracks.url=track_statistics.url and round(track_statistics.rating/20)=0
--------------------
If it shows up as 0 starts, it's probably because its rating is very
low. The scale in the database is between 0-100 and I think 0-9 will be
considered to be 0 stars if I remember correctly.
