Since you have verified the process paramater has changed you should also be able to see the full path of thr flac that is running. LMS will use the flac that is its Bin directory first and if it is no flac executable there then the the flac that is on the path. Alternatively change the WaveInput custom-convert.conf file and include a full path to the executable you want to run wherever flac is being called.
